Three tiers, built around Bmfurn features.
The tiers align to what the workshop actually needs from the engine - quoting and scheduling first, then build tracking and sourcing, then multi-line production controls. Pick where you are today; move up when the work grows.

Practical questions from workshop owners.
Where does the material pricing data come from?
At onboarding, your workshop's actual per-unit rates are loaded into the estimator. As POs are recorded through the vendor ledger, the rate table stays current from your own history. It is not scraped from any marketplace.
Can it work alongside my current quoting tools?
Yes. Bmfurn can export quotes in the format your workshop already sends and can consume orders coming in from your existing intake channels. Onboarding sets this up before any live orders touch the engine.
How does billing work?
Annual and monthly billing are both supported. Manufacturer tier is contracted; Workshop and Growth are self-serve after onboarding. Pricing is quoted per workshop based on active order volume and team size.
What happens if we outgrow a tier mid-year?
You upgrade mid-cycle at a pro-rated rate. Data, orders and rate books carry across tiers untouched.
Is there a pilot?
Yes. A short pilot loads a slice of your current custom order pipeline into the engine so you see how it handles your real work before committing.
